Terms of service — the morning digest
Last updated 6 October 2026.
Plain language on purpose. If something here is unclear, assume the reading that is more favourable to you and tell us.
Who we are
the morning digest is operated by TrainedBooks, an independent software business in California, United States, which operates the agentwares products. It watches what your agents did overnight and sends you one summary.
You can reach a human at https://agentwares.vercel.app/contact. That form is also where to send a question about your data, a request to export or delete it, or a complaint.
Automated clients are welcome
You may create and operate an account programmatically, and you may use this service from an autonomous agent. API keys may be held and used by software acting on your behalf. We do not require a human to be present for any API or MCP call.
You remain responsible for what your agents do with your account, including what they spend. Set your own spending limits; ours are not a substitute for yours.
What we do not promise
The service is provided as is. It depends on third-party networks, model providers and data sources we do not control, and it can be wrong or unavailable.
Nothing it returns is professional advice — not legal, financial, investment, tax or engineering advice — and it is not a warranty about the systems it reports on.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Payment
How you pay depends on which rail you use:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Prices are published in machine-readable form at /pricing.json and that file is authoritative. If prices change, the new price applies to calls made after the change, never retroactively.
Your data
What you send and what we return belongs to you. See the privacy note for what we keep and for how long.
Ending it
You can stop using the service, cancel a subscription, or ask us to delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used to attack third parties, to break the law, or in a way that threatens the service for everyone else. Where we can, we will say why first.
Changes and disputes
If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we will say so by email before the change takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Before anything formal, write to us at https://agentwares.vercel.app/contact — most things are a misunderstanding and we would rather just fix it.
